The Story

Product Description

This tea has a light and fresh flavor with little to no bitterness.

As its name suggests, Fukamushi Tea is a deep-steamed tea. This process suppresses the astringency and makes the leaves very delicate, causing tiny tea particles to break off. These small particles don't dissolve in the water and enable more of the health benefits of Sencha green tea to reach us as we drink.

Brewing Instructions

Boil 4oz of water and wait for it to cool to 158F/70C (until you can comfortably touch the mug). Steep the tea bag for 1 minute 30 seconds, or to taste, and shake out excess water when removing the teabag.
